This is the Privacy Policy of Nuush Ltd (we/us/our). We are the creator of the Every Day in May event.

This website, and the brand to which it relates, are owned and/or produced by us.

By using our website or registering to take part in Every Day in May you agree to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with our Privacy Policy, please don’t use our website or register for the Every Day in May event. When we make changes to this Privacy Policy your ongoing use of our website means that you accept those changes even if you haven’t read them.

1. The information we hold about you

When you register for Every Day in May you tell us your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. We require this information to meet our insurance obligations.

We add your email address to a participant-specific mailing list which we use for the sole purpose of sending event updates. This mailing list is entirely distinct from the general Every Day in May mailing list, available to anyone, which you may also have subscribed to separately. You can unsubscribe from our lists at any time using the links at the bottom of the email.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • meet our insurance obligations,
  • send you emails with event updates.

3. Who sees your information

Your information is accessible by:

SiteGround will only ever see your information in the context of supporting technical issues that may come up and are bound by this privacy policy and our Terms and Conditions.

We will only ever share your information to comply with the law, or to enforce our Terms and Conditions, or to protect our rights and the safety of us and our participants.

4. How long we keep your information

No more than two years. We will delete your information two years after your last Every Day in May event.

You can log in to your account at any time to see your information.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us at hello@nuush.co.uk. Note that we will only be able to comply with this request when you are not an active participant so that we continue to meet our insurance obligations.

Your data is stored in Slough (UK) which is the location of our webhost’s data centre.
